And this included training time and info about how the inspection was to he handled. This has been scheduled for next Thursday, the final, final step. After spending 6 hours on the phone with Rheem, they determined our gas water heater needed to be replaced. Rheem gave me 3 options.... 1st option was to have us drain and disconnect the tank, take it back to Home Depot buy a new tank and reinstall, uhh no I am not a plumber nor am I certified to be messing with natural gas lines, 2nd was to call a plumber to come to our home and replace it, pay the bill then wait for reimbursement...seriously ? I dont have that kind of money to float for who knows how long, 3rd was to wait 3 days for Rheem to send their installer. I was on my last nerve, so I decided to call Home Depot and within an hour I recieved a phone call from the Crew2 team. I explained the 3 options given to me by Rheem and then the gentleman from Crew2 asked a few more questions, after which he asked if he could call me back. The next call from Crew2 was them asking me if someone would be home from noon to 4 for the installation of our new water heater. Crew2 went above and beyond my expectations by contacting Rheem directly! Thank you and your team so much for hot water! _

I wanted to have someone come out before the install to make sure the heater I picked would work and if I needed a power vent or not. We decided to use Crew2 through Home Depot because their quoted cost to install a water heater was unbelievable compared to several plumbers we contacted. Our experience with Crew2 was great. We were called within the two hour window when they said they would and Dave arrived within the time quoted. Dave was great and very personable. After looking over the existing water heater he explained what he will replace and that the estimated cost would not change and asked if we had any questions. When all was finished the floor was cleaner then when he started. The installation was first class. He even wiped down the heater of finger prints to make it look just out-of-the-box. To me this shows attention to detail, it also indicates professionalism and pride-of-ownership that Dave and the Crew2 take seriously. Job well done!

Needed a new water heater on an emergency basis. The existing water heater sprung a leak and filling the basement. Tip: I needed to place a phone call after filling out the online form, as I was expecting a call but none came. Once I connected with CREW2 staff, they helped set everything up--however the first person did not have it all set up right. Thankfully, I got a call and another CREW2 staff who saw the record was off, and he helped get it set up right. The plumbing contractor was punctual and got the job done quickly. Within 48 hours of my call I had a new water heater and was all set. All said, I am thankful to have the help and despite my hesitation at trying this service am happy with the results.

It was a little tough, the water heater we ordered had same delivery/installation. Worked great for less than 24 hours. It ended up having to be replaced in its entirety due to a malfunction control panel display that manufacturer lag in sending out a control panel replacment? The display stopped working. We called HD, Crew2 had someone out the very next day to double check their install and electricity going to the water heater was confirmed. We had to call the manufacturer tech support, who would only talk to the contracted plumber, but that was after the fact. The technician had left already, and the manufacturer support team never offered to get back with us in regards to the status. Home Depot and their contractors followed up with us so much we couldn't keep up with them. They saved the customer relationship and followed through with another water heater replacement, within 24 hours. Now that is service kept! Thank you for all your hard work, Crew2 and kidos to Michael Williams!

Was extremely satisfied with the two people that installed our water heater Joe and Gina. Had problems with the Home Depot employees. We were suggested to pay for the water heater ahead of time to make sure there was one there when we installed it. It was a big mess because it was done different than usually. We bought the new one and was told we would get a store credit. Well I ? this that wouldn't the old one and new one be exchanged. It didn't make any sense. If I would of known it would cause so much confusion I wouldn't of done it this way. It wasn't my idea to do this way but I was suggested to do it that way so we could make sure there was a water heater in the store on installation day. It was extremely frustrating.

The plumber was thorough and took pride in his work. The charges for supporting plumbing were MUCH lower than the estimates I obtained from other local plumbers. The Rheem water heater had the features I wanted that I could not find from other manufacturers: electronic ignition, WI FI, and an electric damper cover. I was very surprised how accessible and efficient the CREW staff were in understanding my needs and scheduling the work via telephone. The Home Depot website had all the information I needed (specifications, manuals, brochures) to select the right water heater for the project.
