We had new carpet installed today by Crew2 through the Home Depot. Through the whole process they were good communicators (calling to set up install, calling to confirm 2 days in advance, and calling when 30 minutes out on the day of install). When arriving they looked at the space and then had me go out to the truck to confirm the carpet was correct. They were fast. Setting up, moving furniture, installing, and then clean up only took two hours for two bedrooms (and respective closets). Professional, curtious, and continuous stream of good communication. I would recommend this company and I will be happy to use them again for our future home renovations.

Victor and 2 other young men installed new carpeting in our home yesterday. We were very satisfied. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly and were done in less than 3 hours. We have white painted baseboards in these rooms and I was concerned there might be some scuffing or dings but I have found none.

It was a huge work to accomplish and Jim got it done with a relentless dedication and exceeding all expectations about both the efficiency of execution and the artful finishing of his whole work. Jim was very friendly and also impeccably professional in his attitude. He was extremely reliable and with outstanding work ethics. He also went out of his way several times to match stair noses and quarter rounds to the colors of my house walls and floors. I really appreciated his trustworthiness and attention to details, and felt really glad to be able to benefit from his expert work for installing the new floor here. I had high hopes for this floor, and how it looks now exceeds what I was wishing for. The floor looks extremely beautiful, their execution was impeccable, in brief, I am truly thrilled! I wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with Julio and Ramon when they came out to install carpet today. They explained to me that the carpet layout as it is would give me seams in high traffic areas and use more carpet in the process. That's the difference between experienced pros and average installers, the pros catch mistakes and enlighten customers beforehand. Inexperienced installers would have just installed according to the crappy layout and I would have been very unhappy! Thanks to Julio and Ramon!!! These guys are customer oriented pros. I will definitely be requesting Julio and Ramon back to install the carpet once I get this worked out with Home Depot.

The work they did was backbreaking, but I could hear them talking and laughing as if their job was #1. After many hours of tough labor (trust me...my carpeting was in bad shape), they left with a smile. Sorry to say I don't remember their names, but they did introduce themselves upon arrival. I got estimates from five different stores for my new carpeting. Home Depot was my choice because they gave me the most courteous service and gave me the price that was advertised in the paper. Everyone from the sales person, to the measuring tech, to the carpet installers, was friendly and very efficient. Very Pleased with Crew 2 and the installers. My install appointment was changed because the scheduler wanted to insure that I had the best crew possible to install my particular type of carpet. Not many businesses today would be so honest and know their employees so well. The two men that did the install were excellent. We had Carl and Leonel come out to install our carpeting today. We had something like 800 sq ft going in, replacing all the carpet in the house. So four bedrooms and a living room between two levels. From beginning to end both guys were quite friendly and respectful of our house. They got here about noon and ended up being here until eight at night! That was a little surprising, I actually thought they'd be done sooner than that, but the results were definitely worth the wait. I checked every corner, every transition, every closet - everything looked uniform and correct. No lumps, no ripples, no bunching in the corners or edges, no visible seams. Very very nice work. They also cleaned up after themselves well. Before they left they also made to move back the couple furniture items I couldn't really do alone. Overall it was a very good experience for us. Very happy with our new carpet.

Their install looks flawless. They cleaned up when they had completed the job and vacuumed. They did leave one large piece of plastic the pad was wrapped in that they had filled with scrap and the vac bag in a back room. Overall I was pleased with the job they did.
